SuperCape Return and Refund Policy

At SuperCape, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund process.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags must be attached.
  • Certain items, such as underwear, socks, sale items, or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at supercapeclothing@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 – 15 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at supercapeclothing@gmail.com for instructions.
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased during promotional periods are final sale and cannot be refunded.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable: Used products.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at supercapeclothing@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
